The first step to building an AI system that works is extracting what's in your head and putting it somewhere your AI can use it.
This is harder than it sounds. Most founders have never articulated their methodology. They just do it. It's intuitive. It's automatic.

Here's the extraction process I use:
Phase 1: Brain Dump Record yourself for 30 minutes talking about your business, your methodology, your framework. Don't edit. Just talk. Get it all out.
Phase 2: Transcription Transcribe that recording. Read it back. Highlight the key insights.
Phase 3: Synthesis Take those key insights and organize them. What's your core framework? What are the steps? What's the philosophy behind it?
Phase 4: Documentation Write it down in a structured format. This becomes your methodology document.
Phase 5: Refinement Share it with your team. Get feedback. Refine it. Make it clearer.
Phase 6: AI Training Feed this into your AI system. Now your AI knows how you think.
When you do this right, your AI becomes an extension of your thinking. It's not generic. It's not a copy of someone else's framework. It's authentically yours.
